The Billing Service of OJSC MTS wishes to express its deep gratitude to you for the implementation of CBOSS in Izhevsk. The implementation was completed within the shortest possible time to provide support for the presidential elections in the Udmurt Republic. I would like to particularly note the efforts by your employees Mr. S. A. Agafonov, Ms. Yu. V. Melnikova, and Ms. A. V. Nasikovskaya.

At the same time, as the work was conducted chiefly by SoftPro CJSC employees so as to speed up the process, billing employees in Izhevsk currently do not have enough experience and expertise to start full-scale operation of the system on 1 November 2000. We would like to ask you to send an expert to provide support and training to the billing team from 26 November (at your discretion), and to send Mr. S. A. Agafonov for the period from 31 October till 02 November, in addition to the team of experts due to arrive by the time sales start on 01 November.
